Lot of “idle time out error” complaints are being registered in CRM. Following can be used as a closing remark:

Idle time-out is not an error. It should happen. It is set to be timed-out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Here it is in ‘based on traffic’ mode, means the session will be timed out if there is no traffic from this ip for 15 minutes continuously.

Based on ‘browser ping’ option is there, in which the session will be active as long as the login browser window is not closed. You can opt that one, if needed.
